| Summary | 0000201: MUSCLE could not work in MEGA 7.0.18 |
| Description | When I made a DNA or protein alignment by MUSCLE in recent version of MEGA 7, trouble happened after I clicked "Compute" button ("Error in 3rd-party application", see Images in the rar file). However, ClustalW still worked well, MUSCLE in MEGA6 is also OK. |
| Steps To Reproduce | 1. Load a DNA sequence file (.fas format) by double click.
2. Click MUSCLE bottom in the M7: Alignment Explorer window.
3. In the confirm window, click "OK" to select all sequences for making alignment.
4. Click "Compute" in M7:MUSCLE-AppLink window.
5. Oops!
