| Description | Hi, I am doing research on measures of diversity at Simon Fraser University. As I was searching for mutation matrices to test my method, I came across your website. I'm doing math and I don't have insight into sequencing. I was wondering if there are any big datasets of SNPs or mutation matrices (a matrix of zeros and ones) with it's phylogenetic tree provided that I can use in your software, or is it possible to generate these kinds of matrices in your tool? | ||||||||

Hi Niloufar, I am writing in response to your question regarding the MEGA software. No, MEGA does not have the capability to generate mutation matrices.
