| Description | Hi I am Dipon, student of university of british coloumbia. I am trying to use this software for alignment of DNA sequence. I have 2000 DNA sequence. Whenever I am trying to align these sequences using muscle the software showing me this error. " Error-Alignment failed: Muscle log file did not end properly, suggesting an unhandled exception." please let me know how to over come these problem. Hi Dipon, I am writing in response to the bug report you recently submitted regarding the MEGA software. MUSCLE is actually a separate software that MEGA uses for sequence alignment. Because it is a separate software, we are not able to debug it and see why the alignment failed. Also, MUSCLE is not designed for use with very large alignments.
