| Description | An error" all sequences must be of equal length" is coming whike all the sequences are indeed of equal length and here the error is showing at the name of the sequence line. I changed the names but still the error is not going. | ||||||||

Hi Subho, Thanks for sending that file. But the sequences are not of equal length and so it is not possible to make valid comparisons between them.
