| Description | Dear Sir or Madam,
I have tried to obtain distance matrices on sequence data (aligment) after grouping them into populations. I succeeded to obtain only one, while I was expecting to obtain many distance matrices because of choosing the bootstrap option. Is it possible to print the bootstrapped matrices? I would like to use it for Barrier software. Could you recommend a way to calculate such pop-based bootstrap matrices in other software it is not possible in Mega? with best wishes, Hanna. |
