| Description | My student is using the 64 bit Windows version of MEGA and shared a .mas DNA alignment file with me. I cannot open it with my 64 bit Mac version of MEGA. We will export the alignment out in FASTA format for the time being, but I hope you can improve the interoperating system compatibility issue. Hello Pawel, I am responding to your feature request for inclusion of the LG amino acid substitution model in MEGA.
