| Description | Hello, I'm trying to save a tiff image from the tree explorer in the windows version of mega7, and about half the time the image is saved as a blank. is this a known issue? is there any way to go past it? thank, Aia Oz | ||||||||

Hi Aia, I am writing in response to your question regarding the MEGA software. Can you try the newest version of MEGA (version 7.0.26) and see if that resolves the issue of blank tiff images and let me know?
