| Description | after installing MEGA 7 in ubuntu 14.04 i noticed 3 issues 1. no menu is visible (File/analysis/help) is missing. 2. Hi Bruno, I am writing in response to your question regarding the MEGA-CC software. The version of MEGA you are using is a command-line application with a gui application that is only used for generating analysis configuration files to be used as a command-line parameter.
