| Description | Hello, I find that I am unable to open any .meg files in the main window. An error box opens and tells me that it can't extract the file from RES, appdata and temp files failed or something. I can't find anything online to help me. | ||||||||||||

Hi Celina, I am writing in response to the bug report you recently submitted regarding the MEGA software. Can you provide the following additional information: Which version of MEGA are you using? Which operating system are you using? Are you able to open files other than .meg files?
