Could you please let me know where I can find the option: "use identical symbol"?
Under Display, this option does not appear in my MEGA X version.

To toggle the use of the identical sites symbol in the Sequence Data Explorer, you can click Display->Use Identical Symbol, or click the use identical sites button (see below), or use the Ctrl+i keyboard combination.
